CALENDAR AND EVENTS
It is the perfect gift to God; the supreme sacrifice of Jesus who is the Son of God.
At Mass Christ’s loving sacrifice is not merely remembered it is made present to us.
God who became man and suffered and died on the Cross out of love for us so that our sins may be forgiven and we may share in His Resurrection and eternal life.
At Mass we gather together and are …
…united in prayer with the Church throughout the world, in heaven and on earth
…nourished by listening to the Word of God from the Bible, the Gospel in particular
….nourished and especially blessed by Christ, His Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity being made sacramentally present by the power of the Holy Spirit at the Consecration by the priest on behalf of the church.
Each is sent renewed to live life following Christ more closely and so bring the joy of His Good News to others.
